1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to individuals who are:

• Residents of Singapore, and
• 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Kait.phodography are not eligible to participate.
• By signing up for the newsletter, each participant affirms that they meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Entry & Agreement

• To enter, participants must make a booking with Kait.phodography between September - November 2026.
• By signing up, participants agree to:
• Be bound by all Terms and Conditions stated herein,
• Allow Kait.phodography to contact them through the email address provided, and
• Allow Kait.phodography to use any photos taken during the Prize session for all marketing purposes (including but not limited to social media, website, print, and promotional materials).
• One entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Mechanics

• One winner will be selected randomly.
• Winners will be notified via email and announced publicly on Kait.phodography’s social media and/or website.
• Winners must respond and claim their Prize within 7 working days of notification.
• Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and a new winner will be selected.
• All decisions made by Kait.phodography are final and binding.

4. Prize Details

• Each winner will receive a LITE Session, valued at $450, which includes:
• A 40 minute photoshoot,
• All good photos edited with Kait's Preset and returned.
• Location Restriction: Winners must choose one of the following pre-selected shoot locations:
• Jurong Lake Gardens
• Botanic Gardens
• Session Participation: The Prize session is only valid for the winner’s immediate family, with a maximum of 2 people and 2 dogs.
• Additional immediate family members are allowed at $50 per person.
• Friends and non-family members are not permitted.
• All Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods, or benefits-in-kind, and cannot be redeemed for services other than those specified.
• Unused or partially used Prizes will not be refunded or reissued.
• Kait.phodography reserves the right to replace or change the Prize without prior notice.

5. Booking & Rescheduling

• Winners must book and complete their photoshoot within 6 months of being notified.
• Winners are allowed to reschedule a maximum of 2 times, and any rescheduling must be made at least 1 week before the shoot date.
• Failure to adhere will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
• A weather check will be conducted the day before the scheduled shoot date.
• Rescheduling due to bad weather does not count as one of the 2 allowed reschedules.
• Winners have the final discretion on whether to proceed if weather conditions are uncertain.
• If they choose to proceed and it rains, the session will continue and no further reschedule will be allowed, even if the guaranteed 30 photos cannot be delivered.

6. Photo Usage

• Winners grant Kait.phodography a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute the photos from their session in all media, including but not limited to social media, website, print, and promotional materials.
• Kait.phodography is not required to tag the winner in social media posts using their images.
• Winners will not receive additional compensation for the use of these images.
• Winners receive personal-use rights to their selected images but may not resell or use them commercially.
• For photos used in sponsored posts, collaborations with brands, or promotional content, Kait.phodography must be tagged.

7. Personal Data & Privacy

• By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to Kait.phodography:
• Collecting, using, and storing their personal data (e.g., name, email address) for purposes of administering the Giveaway and for future marketing communications.
• Contacting them via the email provided regarding the Giveaway and related promotions.
• Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where necessary for administration of the Giveaway.
• Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

8. Photo Delivery & Image Selection

• Edited photos will be delivered 2 weeks after the shoot is completed.

9. Costs & Logistics

• Winners are responsible for their own travel, transport, and parking fees to the chosen location.

10. Liability & Indemnity

• Participants and winners assume all risk and liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from their participation in the Giveaway or use of the Prize.
• Kait.phodography shall not be responsible for:
• Any injury to person, loss of life, or damage to property arising from the Prize photoshoot or subsequent use of the Prize,
• Any lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable email notifications,
• Any technical failures that affect participation or winner selection,
• Any inability by the winner to use the Prize for any reason.
• Kait.phodography reserves the right to terminate the session if the winner or their pets exhibit unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
• Winners agree to indemnify and hold Kait.phodography harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
• Their participation in the Giveaway,
• Their breach of these Terms and Conditions,
• Any misuse of the Prize.

11. Force Majeure

• Kait.phodography shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, illness, health emergencies, acts of God, government actions, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.



12. Miscellaneous

• Kait.phodography reserves the right to:
• Amend, cancel, or extend the Giveaway at any time without prior notice,
• Disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
